GREENSBORO, Ga.
a2b Fulfillment recently welcomed two new employees: Jason Field, business development executive, and Tracee Branch, human resources manager.
Originally from the Atlanta area, Field has spent the last year-and-a-half working in sales with a medical software company. In his new role with a2b, he will focus on finding and developing new business relationships. “I really enjoy seeing how so many moving parts can come together to fulfill thousands of orders in a day,” Field says. “It’s amazing to see our technology, systems, and team members work together to ensure our clients’ success.”
“We are very excited to have Jason on board,” says Debbie Skerly, a2b’s vice president of business development. “In the past few years, we’ve expanded our infrastructure and seen incredible growth. The explosion of e-commerce only leads to more opportunity within our space. Jason will be a terrific asset as we continue to acquire new customers in search of third-party logistics solutions.”
Branch comes to a2b after more than seven years with Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee in Greensboro; she has also held positions with Reynolds Lake Oconee and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). She joins Sarah Field, director of human resources, who recently celebrated her 10th year with the company. In the new position, Branch will coordinate employment, benefits, employee development, and legal compliance.
“Human resources plays a vital role in any organization,” Branch says. “I’m excited to bring my background and skills to a2b. The employees have made me feel part of the team since day one. This company has experienced a great deal of growth these past couple of years, and this is a wonderful opportunity to be able to come in and contribute.”
“Tracee brings with her tremendous experience as well as a passion for people,” says Ayal Latz, president of a2b Fulfillment. “She will help build upon our very special work culture as we grow.”
